A modernization program of Govijana Mandiraya Premises of Ministry of Agriculture with model cultivation trend was launchedon 31.08.2020 (today) under the patronage of Hon. Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Minister of Agriculture. A “Gaduguda” bush was planted in the Govijana Mandiraya Premises by the Minister to mark off this program.
This program will be implemented under the conception of undertaking garden beautification activities of the Ministry of Agriculture under a new plan. Under this plan, walking tracks will also be constructed in the vicinity of the indigenous food outlets. The Hon. Minister has given instructions to do this task within one month of time.
